We offer our clients a secure means of destroying / recycling magnetic media without putting confidential information at risk.
Using industrial shears Hard Drives are physically destroyed beyond repair.
The hard drive remnants are then sent to a refinery for precious metal recovery.
Floppy Disks, Backup Tapes, Videotapes
Any plastic or metal is removed and sent to a specialist recycler. The magnetic media inside is then shredded and sent for recycling.
Duty of Care / Audit / Certificate of Destruction
Standard procedure is to issue the customer with a Duty of Care document (legal document should be retained for at least two years), a detailed Audit along with a Certificate of destruction.
